RSK ADAS is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join our friendly team on a part time, permanent basis (25 hours per week). This role is fully office based at our ADAS Gleadthorpe location in Mansfield, UK

You will work within a small team of project administrators to provide a range of financial and project administration support for Project Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Raise and issue sales invoices to clients, including multi-currency projects
  • Create purchase order numbers and process supplier invoices ensuring details are coded accurately
  • Request credit checks and set up new client and supplier accounts
  • Assist Project Managers to maintain accurate project data
  • Prepare and distribute project reports
  • Work with the team to assist with the improvement of business processes and the application of financial controls
  • General office duties, providing cover for general administrator, ordering office supplies and health and safety tasks

Person specification:

  • Previous internal purchasing/project administration experience would be desirable
  • Attention to detail with a good level of numeracy and IT skills
  • Good data accuracy
  • High-level keyboard and computing skills using MS Word, Excel and Access
  • Well organised and efficient with confident and professional communication skill
  • Able to work flexibly as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and capable of working without supervision
  • Capable of working under pressure and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines
  • An appreciation of business needs and the need for control and profit
